Went In for a total knee replacement. Had to call to find out what was going on with my in house Pt. Nurse came down took my info and a couple of days later ,called again to see when someone would call or come to start my Pt. Was told someone would contact me. After my telling them I needed someone before mg 2 week follow up they had someone call . Head Pt guy came down took my Info and agreed someone dropped the ball. He text someone to contact me. That was on a Friday. The following Tuesday Was my 2 week checkup and still no PT under my belt. Long story short my Doctor wasn't happy. The following day someone called to come for PT. Didn't need in home PT by then. I had 3 people apologize and say the ball was dropped. 1 star is because they were all polite. Thank God it was only my knee. Do better by your clients.

THE VISITING NURSES ARE GREAT IF YOU CAN GET PASS THE OFFICE, NO COMMUNICATION SKILLS, RUDE, ALONG WITH NO FOLLOW-UPS, THEY ARE IN NEED OF TRAINING WITH EMPATHY AS WELL.

the nurses who come are awesome but no communication with wound care an there is some lack of communication . but as I said the nurses are awesome

Awful vna with terrible documentation. Nobody can see any info or the info is just not there. Seems silly to not know where your nurses drop off important blood work.
