I used their services after total knee replacement surgery. Everyone was great, although my initial intake visit the day after discharge was 4 hours. The visit was informative but very tiring. I would have given 5 stars but I found the scheduling process very unorganized. Their employees call out a lot, leaving the other nurses scrambling for coverage. But overall I was happy with the physical therapy services that prepared me for out patient PT.

Do not recommend whatsoever. My grandmother is currently on hospice. My grandfather got a call from this place expressing their condolences for my grandmother passing. He had just been visiting my grandmother so he was incredibly confused. They called the wrong family. My grandfather is 83, and we are lucky this didn’t send him into a heart attack. You would think with such a sensitive subject, they would double triple check their records before calling and giving such condolences. I doubt this is the first time.

Very disappointed in this company/team. From what is listed and mentioned to you at the first intake meeting to what really happens, does NOT line up. It was all very misleading. The motto is "captain of the ship, comfort, comfort, comfort" There was very little comfort sadly. We had ONE nurse that was amazing, Johnathan. He truly cared and made the patient feel loved and mentally comforted when he was the one visiting. When an emergency happened, we were told someone would answering or be there within minutes. It was 45 MINUTES later and was told to call 911, and 911 emergency in Chicopee MA had NO idea what to do with a hospice patient.... After our loved one had passed, the company came the NEXT DAY to take all equipment back WITHOUT a notice or call. There was NO help or comfort/guidance for grief. I do NOT recommend this company to care for YOUR loved one. There was a lot of misleading communication to "sell" the company/team/service.

Literally one of the worst Visiting Nurse agencies in our area. Rejected my mom theee times in a row for apparently being over booked with patients. Three separate times she has been rejected, we loved the services that their nurses provide and didn’t want to use another agency. Traci (intake manager)would not budge on her decision, even after pleading with her. My mom asked so many times and they could care less. I understand if they rejected her once, but it’s been three separate times in over a year.

Would never recommend this hospice. My mother was on it for about 6 weeks while in Memory Care Assisted Living. Nurse came 2x/week. Good for medicating. Aide in 3x/week for personal care . She was great. Chaplain in a few times. That’s it! Never saw or spoke to a social worker even though I had mentioned possibility of taking mom home., Did notice on Medicare statement that payment included Social worker. Requested volunteers through aide but never had any. Most disturbing was mom died on her birthday and have never received ANY communication from hospice after her death. No grief counseling, etc. Talked about care plan when signing contract. Do not feel they fulfilled their responsibilities.
