I give it 1 star because zero stars is not an option, they have lost my mother's dentures that went in for repair, bathed her with her hearing aides still in her ears on several occasions and she's been waiting on glasses for forever!!! The one thing they do well is smooth everything over to make the elderly believe they're doing a good job. There's probably a good reason they can't keep the Good Help they occasionally do get, this program SUCKS...

Overall, VERY good, with some areas constantly in need of improvement. PROS: This PACE program is a combination of both healthcare and insurance (so approvals are usually true approvals, not tentative coverage that isn't guaranteed) Two experienced knowledgeable primary care physicians (one of whom is also a rheumatologist) plus two Physician's Assistants VERY reliable transportation & their own polite, friendly drivers (there was once the doctor's appointment was booked, but ride forgotten - but they are humans too)! Fantastic PT/OT department Daily weekday activity program for those interested Excellent home care staff Their own in house therapist (with alternative option of therapist from same off-site practice that specializes in geriatric psychiatry) In house lab/blood draws Eye & hearing exams done onsite, with covered glasses (including progressive lenses if needed) & hearing aids CONS: Minimal homecare hours compared to my prior insurance (Commonwealth Care Alliance) NO patient portal despite other Trinity medical practice groups and hospitals having them available Needing to repeatedly request appointments, info, and call backs

Don't believe there is a continuum of care when they need a nursing home With 2 appeals both denied thinking we can take home a 93 old mother that is incontinent ,dementa unable to stand due to broken ankle etc. Care at home is very minimal an Not efficient for familys needs. At center she was cared for well. Very disappointed by the lies that were told when we signed her up for this program. Basically they are thrown out onto the street. This is what big business does to someone that's worked 50 years of her life

Very inconsistent with pick up and drop off. Can’t seem to speak to anyone that knows what is going on when there is a problem. Always given the run around. Overall very disappointed with this program. It’s supposed to relieve stress not create more.

A place who treats your loved one like family. A facility that works hard to advocate for autonomy and for our elders to remain living in the community with supports. A loving team who is committed to providing the best care for the frail elders of the community.
