Two days after having a full knee replacement, one of your PT representatives, Kumar, that was assigned to look after me, came for the initial consultation therapy. He worked with me for the following 4 sessions. He is very knowledgeable in his field, extremely kind, caring and gentle. Right away I felt I was in excellent hands to help me on the road to recovery. You are very fortunate to have him on your team as I was having him lead me forward

I had just finished treatment for an infection in my foot. My podiatrist recommended a visiting nurse. The nurses assigned to me are professional, efficient, kind, and personable and were a big help in my recovery.

Been getting The runaround every time I call to find out when therapy’s going to be scheduled for my parent - I get the brush off the phone and told the therapist will call .. this has happened several times for 2 weeks now with no follow threw!! Then I’m told the therapist do their own schedule someone will call you. I’ll message them to call you. You wait all day and nobody calls, how do you expect people to recover when they have to wait well over a week to get someone to help them or be told the night before therapy is coming, people need to schedule things. This is absolutely ridiculous and no way to run a business or to help somebody recover from being hospitalized and in a rehab!!

My husband just completed his home Physical, Occupational & Speech therapy. Everyone of them was absolutely wonderful. Communications with the office needs improvement. Most of the time when I called, the messages were not forwarded to the clinical team. A huge thank you to Lauren, Kumar, Valerie, Elsa & of course the wonderful nurses Margaret & Jenna..you all are the best!!
