I had appointment scheduled 0950 12/26 made earlier in the week. No one showed up and four other customers waiting - all with confirmed appointments. Finally got through to customer service phone and they claim ignorance and that we are all mistaken. Zero stars. Avoid.

The Mindful Healthcare team provided outstanding daily care for my father for 4 years. We had the same individual care provider for the the entire time, who is a very well educated and caring person. This consistency was very helpful, especially since the assisted living facility where my father lived had a high level of staff turnover. But everyone I met from the agency was very professional and respectful. They got to know not just my father, but the entire family. I have a great deal of confidence and trust in them. A really nice team of people. Mindful also provided nursing services and management of healthcare appointments, and were very responsive when we needed overnight care following medical emergencies. They are much better than any other agency I worked with over the past 10 years. Highly recommended.

My father is an 82yr old man with Parkinson’s disease. Two years ago, his assisted living facility wanted to move him to memory care because of his risk of falls, and Mindful HealthCare was able to prolong his stay. Loyce and Florence are knowledgeable, kind, and responsive. All of the caretakers treated my dad like a member of their own family and we included them in family celebrations for holidays. With Mindful in place, I had peace of mind that I wouldn’t be getting phone calls about my dad having a fall and knew that he had someone there to monitor him as well as be a companion!
