Ace medical services is composed of two portions within the company . One half is PCA/Homemaker and the other is comprised of nurses, physical and occupational therapists. It was acquired by Sevita approx 2-3 years ago. Numerous changes have been implemented (including management and field staff) to better serve the needs of their patients. Since the institution of these changes , Ace Medical services has strived to improve their processes and delivery of care. While no agency can please EVERY patient , ACE does CARE about their patients and the quality of care they receive.

Unfortunately we had to let them go they started off good and then rapidly decreased in their job speciation went from weekly to bi weekly which made it even harder to fill medications to early. The Nurse never called in prescriptions.We had a Nurse come to fill med planner and said patient was out of Medications when the med box had all prescriptions inside so patient was without Meds for 2 Days and I personally filled his Med planner very understaff and they don't seem to concerned with patients concerns.

Ace Medical cares little about my issues. I have liked the people they send but some are hard to teach. I finally get someone who’s doing okay and the hours change. The first time they did ask to change the hours and I was against it but I said yes. The second time they just went ahead with changing the hours without a single word and I recently had, had surgery. I think when they asked the first time they were just humoring me. They do what ever they want. To the best of my knowledge Ace is the only place since I have Tuffs. I’ve been 4 months with no help. Ace medical doesn’t communicate well at all. I sometimes had to call to find out if anyone is coming only to be told there out sick. I can put up with a lot but changing the hours and not confirming it with me is unprofessional.
