This has to be the worst company I’ve ever seen. My dad has seen a nurse ONCE. No one has called, no one has shown up except for a nice man and that was one time. I forget his name but he was awesome and took great care of my father. Hopefully he finds a better company to work for. the nurse that was supposed to come, named Ruth, has yet to show up. My dad has been home from the hospital for over a week now and has only had one person come see him. When my father tried to call he was met with attitude or he was completely hung up on. You guys are embarrassing.

So far I have had nothing but the best care and service from Aveanna. These women really care about their job and about us as patients. Their job is not an easy one, and that being said, as patients we must understand that everything is not the nurses fault or in their control. There are a lot of things that come into play. I have had nothing but the best service from Sarah (& Brit) She goes above and beyond Her normal job duties, and it is very much appreciated by me. She discusses things with my medical care so that I would understand what she’s saying and she doesn’t get upset when I have to ask several times as I forget. I just spoke with Marla and let her know about this and she was wonderful to talk to you as well. If my care Is any different I will come back and write another review. I doubt that will happen. I have been using them for quite a while now, Several times a week. I don’t know what I would do without them. Thank you very much Sarah & Aveanna! Maureen

Discharged home 10/27/23 with an IV antibiotic picline in my arm for regular weekly blood draws. 11/6/23 still no blood draws and I see the doctor for follow up tomorrow. Plus they never show within the time period they give you. Today nurse was supposed to come between 10-11 am. Didn't hear from her until 1pm and I told her not to bother. This is plain ridiculous on they're part. They should have had they're act together by last Wednesday. This is unacceptable service. Very unprofessional.

The nurses never showed up on time for my wife, if at all. If they did come the nurses didn't have the correct orders for the care that the doctor requested. Very unprofessional.

Absolutely the worst: no communication, lies, lack of service. Did not come to my house until 2 days after I left the hospital after. 10 days after surgery and I still have not seen a PT. Did not see an OT until 9 days after I got home. Nurse today and 2 people told me PT was scheduled for today, called a 3 time and was told "No, you are on the schedule for tomorrow". Previous companies I have dealt with call the night before to at least give a ballpark time, not this company I am lucky if the call at all.
