I am supposed to have home health care daily for four hours per day, and I’ve been left without care for days at a time. I am a paraplegic bedbound patient and I am completely relying on the care of others however they act as if I can do things on my own on the weekends. As my Monday through Friday Aide is the only one who shows up consistently. Every weekend I have to worry if I’m going to be cared for or not. And then when you call to find out if there is coverage they don’t pick up the phone or they send you a call right to voicemail and they don’t call you back to let you know what is going on. Meanwhile I sit for hours without food or drink and sometimes in a soiled brief. This is the most disgraceful company I have ever come in contact with they have no regard for their patients . Putting them out of business would be a pleasure and a service to the community at large.The only reason why they have one star is because I had to put something up there to get this review. Now that I have posted this review they have retaliated with a review they said that I repeatedly asked the HHA’s to walk my dog this is a lie, I asked one HHA to walk my dog and she did not have a problem with it. The other HHA’s volunteered. I do not just allow anyone to walk my dog, I would have just called my mother and she would’ve come over to take him out. Do you have your thing is they never provided English-speaking HHA’s. Every weekend they sent Spanish-speaking HHA’s and they never offered translation services. One weekend I use Google translate and it was awful things didn’t get done and she couldn’tunderstand half of what I was telling her to do so things were left undone and they were done incorrectly. This company is a joke. If you love your loved ones you will go to another company plain and simple. Thank you for your time in reading my review.

Actually they don't even deserve one star they are the worst company that I have ever come in contact with I have a Paraplegic bedbound daughter and his company for the past three weekends has left her with no care or with two hours care in the morning right now as I'm writing this she has yet to eat dinner she's sitting in the soiled pants and no one is answering their phone the phones go straight to voicemail and I have yet to get a call back this company is a joke I've already filed numerous reports and I'm waiting for the outcomes
