During my interview the manager made me feel incredibly uncomfortable. Do not hire this company.

It's been a little over 3 years now since my mother has passed. She had ALS and through the hospital we were left with having to use this place as hospice. We would have preferred another place but again owe had no choice. Worst experience ever, never saw the nurse. One time my moms cathator came out and the nurse and his boss refused it was not a concern and to just put a diaper on her, or they could walk me through how to replace it over the phone (I have no medical training at all). Thence the day my mom passed, it took us 4 hours to get ahold of the 24 hour on call person, I reached out to her nurse only to find out he quit weeks ago and not a single person told us. Once we final got someone, they sent out a nurse who was just as horrified that it took us so long to get a hold of anyone. She even reported her own boss. I really wish my father had the streagth to sue them, but he was to lost after my mother passed so we didn't push him. I am writing this so no one has to have this experience when they are losing a loved one.

I had right total hip replacement surgery on February 27th. I had some difficulties. The social worker at the hospital set up a nurse (Rachel) and a physical therapist (Ron) to help me at home. I only saw Rachel twice but she was very caring. Ron however was a life saver for me. He came to my home three times a week for 4 weeks and helped me get strong enough to go to outpatient pt. He was very concerned when I developed a large hematoma below the incision. If I ever need home care pt I would ask for Ron and recommend him everytime. Ron was very caring and encouraging. Thanks Ron for good care.

My first time using this type of help in my life. This company sucks. Patel the physical therapist is the only one that came and communicated regularly. I saw the nurse only twice in over a month of being discharged from a severe gun shot wound. The other staff that was supposed to come only came once and then barely any communication, just reasons why they had to cancel. Horrible company I do not recommend!!!!!!

I gave 2 stars because the office help is nice and professional. So on to the review...starting to think this company intentionally cheats the elderly out of quality therapy and insurance approved time. Had to report 2 separate Physical Therapists for not giving my uncle his full sessions and then both intentionally cancelled their last approved and scheduled sessions. That's why the elderly need family members or caregivers assisting them. People like we've encountered with this company seem to always look for ways to cheat Seniors AND I CAN'T STAND IT! it's sad! I believe it's a regular practice with this company and management knows it, and I'm now reporting this company to the State. The two reps both gave similar excuses and this last one even claimed he had a death in the family, but instead of offering to make up the missed session he claimed once it's not made up in the same week (after Thanksgiving), they CAN'T make up a session the following week, so my uncle would have to wait for more approved sessions after the New Year. I heard him talking to my uncle and asked for the phone. I said, "so you're not coming today, what's going on?" He was rude and talking over me on the phone (didn't expect me to be there with him) and when I asked, "may I speak?", at first he said go ahead, then he said, he didn't want to hear what I had to say and hung up! Extremely rude! I never yelled or raised my voice with him and he just hung up. And no we weren't disconnected! Do these people really think we're that dumb?! They make excuses to not finish, but still get paid. It's one thing to try to pull that lie with an old person who may not know better, but don't try that nonsense with me. There is just no integrity with the majority of people in this world. Do not use this company unless you're right there the whole time watching them work with your loved one! I will also be contacting my uncle's insurance company to see how many sessions they billed for. Very disappointed!
