We were so Blessed to have Tina be our Moma's hospice nurse! She is the sweetest nurse that we've ever come across...she was just fantastic about caring for Moma, she just lights up the whole room..Moma would just smile so big when Tina would come see her....which of course made us so happy too!! Sherice was the one to give Moma a bath, bless her heart, she was so gentle, but yet still managed to get her Sparkling clean ..that's more than what the nursing home did... Sherice is very very good at her job, she just has this beautiful & calming voice so Moma wasn't scared of her at all, & when she go done, Moma would brag about her & how clean she felt...so thank you very much Sherice, you just don't know how much that meant to us!! Then as the time drew closer, Tina was very upfront & so honest with us about the process, the transitioning, & finally the very end ...that is was like Moma was following her steps....we had been thru hospice with our Grandfather, but he didn't go thru the steps like Moma did...he just went to sleep & never woke up, even tho hospice said we had days to go... But anyways, our family cannot recommend a better company than VNA!! If you want the Best care for you're loved ones, you call VNA!! Thanks to everyone else who had a part in Moma's hospice care, I know a couple of y'all were there when we weren't.......God Bless Y'all ❤️❤️❤️

My father in law has received both home care and hospice services from VNA. Initially they were able to get him back to his vibrant life after a hospitalization. His medical condition has deteriorated and hospice was the appropriate next step. They were so helpful, kind, professional and responsive. Thank you for helping him live a life that was dignified and full.

The Reserve at Red Run (the new, modern, independent senior living community in Madison Heights) held a Vaccine Clinic for our Community Members today, and it went really well! Johanna Todd was so kind, professional and compassionate with everyone who came in for their vaccinations. She answered all questions, helped complete the necessary forms, stayed over the scheduled time to accommodate team members and welcomed additional people who decided at the last minute they wanted the Covid or Flu vaccines. Thanks Johanna and VNA for a great experience! We all enjoyed the lollipops:) On another note, VNA has been very responsive to our Community Members who need skilled therapies, and each professional that has come through our doors has done a great job with their clients. Thanks to Kathryn Bartz for putting together a stellar team.
