Optimal has been one of the few bright spots in the medical care for my father. The nurses have been so caring and diligent and have definitely gotten to know and care about him. Lona is wonderful and is very thoughtful with her care of him and always tries to come up with ways to help him during a very difficult time. The psych nurses have been great and got him off of a medication that was causing his tremors to get much worse. The physical and occupational therapists had many good suggestions and tried to work with him as much as possible. There is just an overall kindness as well that is much appreciated during a terrible time and I feel like he is in very capable hands. They are all extremely accessible and communicate everything regarding his care. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Optimal Home Care deserves way more than 5 stars! My mom was recently in the hospital after a series of falls. She was discharged to a skilled nursing facility that was not a good fit. Optimal was able to provide services in the comfort of our own home to get my mom back on the path to recovery. Each person that we have worked with has been outstanding in their field, caring, compassionate and just an absolute pleasure to deal with! I sincerely appreciate the efforts of Nurse Lori, PT Heather, Nurse Nadine, Home Aid Ashleigh and PT Sonia. Top notch crew!!!
