The lady working at the front is beyond rude. For no reason. I had an appt for my Covid vaccine, and she wouldn’t even look at my information. She said I was too young, just looking at me. I tried to explain that I have verification from work to get it at this time, I also registered on the site but she wouldn’t even let me speak. She is making decisions on who can get the vaccine based on her own personal feelings. I also do not know why you would have the first person people encounter at your facility be someone who treats people this way. Really awful experience after driving 45 min.

My wife , Katie. and I were fortunate to get our Covid shots at your facility on Friday. The entire process was done with military precision.,from the first contact to the waiting period for reactions. Withiut exception the entire team was helpful and cordial even though it was bitterly cold and blustery. I can not thank the whole team enough for their exceptional professionalism.
