I would give zero stars but it is not possible. I had hip replacement surgery, physical therapy came a total of once in the month after surgery. They still have not faxed paperwork to insurance for outpatient physical therapy. Still have not had a real person answer the phone, everything goes to voicemail. Very unhappy with services provided.

I provide care as a pediatrician to the infants in their MIHP program and can see first hand how well supported the Mom's and babies are during the pregnancy and after delivery. It's a pleasure seeing these families and how well they do with the help of Crystal Home Health Care.

Have used this company numerous times for my family members. They were compassionate and put forth a successful effort in making the transition from the rehabilitation facility back home for my family members as smooth as possible. Even though they did not receive all information needed from facility, they went our of their way to make sure home health care services were in place. They made us feel like we were part of their family. Would definitely recommend them for anyone in need of in-home services.

This is the worst company ever. If I ever needed Home Care again and they gave me Crystal, i wouldn't accept. They dont return phone calls, they don't do their job, one of their nurses were so rude. Worst experience ever glad that it's over. If you are looking into Home Care run far from this company. I had one LPN that was a sweetheart but by the time I got her, I had already made my mind up about them.
