07/29/2024 - I would like to commend Excellacare Skilled Services “Physical Therapist” (Jigar S.) for his superb knowledge, professional technical skills, compassion, and encouraging positive attitude. Jigar utilized different physical therapy treatments that produced real results. He had the ability to motivate me even when the pain and stiffness was at its worse. I want to express my gratitude to him for his patience, encouragement and expertise. Jigar is truly talented, and he truly cares about the welfare of his patients! I just want to say “thank you” so much, Jigar! You are “truly one of a kind” physical therapist!! B. F. (Forever Grateful!)

Holli Bozeman is not only lazy and unprofessional, she also finds it necessary to express herself with very vulgar language. If she is representative of the sort of staff this agency employs, I'd look elsewhere. An addendum to my previous comments is necessary since I have received a response from the owner. True, I am not a client of Excellacare, however my grandmother with dementia is the actual client. It's not a personal issue, but rather a "work" issue when a person hired to perform a job begins expressing their personal feelings on a situation in which they should keep their feelings to themselves. So no, it is not a personal issue.

Excellacare has been providing services to my elderly mother for the past year and a half. Mom is very satisfied with the services she receives twice a week. Her caregiver, Jessica, is friendly, respectful, and always arrives on times. We are all thankful for the services received as this allows Mom to remain independently in her home. The office staff is very competent and assist as needed. I would recommend Excellacare to anyone without hesitation!

I came on board with ExellaCare a little more then a year ago when I started taking care of my mom and they have been such a help. The nurses are always great to come out and answer questions. The staff there have always been helpful if something was needed! Would definitely recommend for people to work here!
