I work at a specialized living facility, and we rely on Harmony Cares for all our resident's medical needs. What's truly amazing is that they come all the way from Grand Rapids to visit our friends in their home! When Harmony Cares visits, they give us all the time we need. Rebecca Nielsen, PA, is simply fantastic. She listens attentively and tackles any issues right then and there. Her medical expertise is top-notch, and the way she treats each person with respect and care is truly remarkable! X-rays, bloodwork, or even these services also come right to their doorstep! That's right, skilled nursing, ultrasounds, and more—all provided right here at home! There's no need to worry about scheduling transportation to their office. We've been relying on Harmony Cares for about four years now, and we honestly can't imagine life without them. We appreciate the entire team: Kim, Rebecca, Dana, Sue, Autumn, Tamara, as well as the people behind the scenes.
