We have had a wonderful experience with Heartland Hospice. From the first initial call to Wendy to get my Mother in-law then Father in-law signed up. The social worker John and the wonderful nurse Pabi and Gabby who take care of day to day needs. Lexi the Chaplin and all of the people who are compassionate and quick responding and attentive to their schedules as best they can due to what they deal with. I would recommend Heartland to anyone who needs this service.

All the wonderful things I heard about Hospice Services were proved grossly wrong by ProMedica Hospice. DO NOT choose this service for your loved one! EVERYTHING was wrong, billing, visits, communication, EVERYTHING. I was never contacted by them, except returning my call the night before my loved one passed away because I had no idea what I was doing and thought that Hospice was supposed to be there during that time?!?!? They didn't come. No contact after losing him either, it's been a month. Terrible experience. STAY AWAY FROM PROMEDICA HOSPICE!!!
