Mary Free Bed sent a nurse to do my wound care. Joi was professional, thorough and very knowledgeable. She gave us many suggestions including troubleshooting the wound vac. This turned out to be very useful since a malfunction appeared the next day. Good service. I would have given 5 stars if not for the problem that occurred the next day.

Within the first 48 hours of placement, Penny, RN led the on site introductory visit. The triggering medical order for home care was the basis for the appointment. The Q’s & A’s each of us exchanged were comprehensive. We covered all the bases well enough to press the start button for Nurse visits, Physical Therapy, and Occupational Therapy a few days hence. The first names of the probable providers were listed in the informative booklet provided, along with a handy calendar to track future appointments as providers call in for confirmation of dates and times. The first provider call (Nicole for PT) came a few hours later. Date and time was set. This was an impressive beginning to a positive relationship and valuable outcome. Kudos to the Mary Free Bed system. 👍
