ACE Home Care did my meds for me for three years with an amazing nurse Gabe. He was excellent in communicating with me, very caring and professional, and had a positive personalized approach to my care. I would highly recommend him if you need infusions. Very flexible with setting up appointments.

I had Ace Home Health for physical therapy after a recent total knee replacement. My PT was Katie Deming. She was absolutely amazing. I had no idea how far I should be in my exercises as everything was so stiff, but Katie always reassured me that I was right where I should be with my exercises and doing great. She assured me I wasn't behind schedule. It was very encouraging because my leg is so stiff and I would keep thinking I'm behind schedule. When I complained of shooting pains, she gave me a stretching exercise that mostly eliminated the pain right away. Katie is so caring, professional and knowledgeable. This is an amazing company and Katie, you are a great physical therapist and I'm glad you were mine!! I could not have been in better hands.

Extremally disappointed. 30 days into at-home wound care, no medical supplies. Low quality care until I complained. Only received supplies after I had to get ahold of the Manager. On their last day coming out I was informed its supposedly my responsibility to order supplies? This is after 2 month of home care? They don't even carry their own scissors. Used my house scissors to treat wounds, including a MRSA staff infection. Dumped the water they used to clean wounds on the dishes in the sink. Unacceptable. I'm glad I was able to be there for my father. I fear he would have had far worse care and no supplies.

I have been with ACE Home for around 6 years and I’ve had 2 amazing nurses. I’ve had many nurses not be able to find my vains but I’ve never had that issue with an ACE nurse. Thank you Cyndee and Gabe for an amazing experience.

I am very flexible on days they can send someone, however the scheduler set me up for Wednesday each week, why I don't know, maybe easier on her??? When I request a RESPITE day it seems like I am really putting her out to schedule it . My husband has dementia/Alzheimer's and he is use to the 2 aides they have been sending so I request only those 2. However, if he is in their system for a year to come, I cannot understand what the big deal is on scheduling one or the other for months to come. So this week he got no one and next week so far no one! Thinking about contacting the VA and requesting a change of Agencies as they seem not to have enough aides to fulfill the clients they have.
