No consideration for patient. All about $. Poor communication and lack of knowledge; as one says one thing that conflicts with what another employee says. No schedule. They will call you the day of to let you know. Unable to take no for an answer, if a day doesn't work for you.

Last year was 5 stars, too bad I can’t do that now. The people are great, but office communication is very poor. Maybe they hired new person in office now, but very frustrating especially when you need help. The ladies that came to my home were great though.
