If I could give zero stars I would. We used them for hospice for my stepfather, and they immediately told us to stop feeding him and overmedicated him. They also took nine days to come and see him. We ended up switching to a different hospice who immediately reduced his morphine by 2/3 and he was more comfortable and responsive than he had been in weeks. I truly believe they were just trying to hasten his death.

Becky is the BEST nurse ever! She has gone above and beyond to help my dad! He will live a longer healthier life now with her helping care for him! I hope she is paid her worth because I am a very observant nurse and am very critical and she is Tip Top!!!!!!! We love her! I would also like to give a huge shout out to Adam! He is also a wonderful asset to your company! He is very kind and caring and I am also grateful for his care he provides my dad!!!!! These two should be called the “dynamic duo” for your company!

There’s a nurse taking care of my husbands uncle who has end stage lung cancer currently and is extremely rude, snotty to all of the family members and he is not wanting the Morphine due to it making him very agitated and she is insisting he continues to take it against his will!!! He has a fentanyl patch and not needing nor wanting the Morphine. We will be calling and requesting the nurse never to come back and honestly think she needs to find a new career because our family is going through enough and DO NOT need her there treating everyone like she is. I believe her name is Sheila. Dana was so sweet there and we appreciate what she has done but Sheila needs to go and find a new career!!!!!!

The Hospice team that cared for my very soecial friend was incredible!!! Angela, the nurse has found her true calling! She was exceptional!! The aides and other nurses were also very good at what they do! And the deliveries of equipment and medications was very prompt. Excellant job well done!!

Do not trust these people. Between unlawful entree, kidnapping and extorting my fathers bank account. You can not trust these people. I was asleep when they gained access to my house. They did not ask permission to come in. They took my terminally ill father from his bed. Then dragged him off to a facility and doped him through the gourd with morphine.Not one family member authorized this. They seized his bank account immediately on taking him out of the house. Though we had already set a power of attorney for such matters. However They skipped through their end of the paper work and did not properly fill out the paper work for power of attorney Convenience for them. When confronted at the facility about the drugs being used on him. They blatantly lied to my brothers face. My brother took one look at the medical chart and sited 4 instances where morphine was used to subdue my father. These people are keeping him incapacitated with morphine. He has fluid build up on his lungs and if we do not move him he will die sooner by a cold than by the disease that is currently taking his life. Do not let these people into your home ever. Its your family its your inheritance its your family members quality of life at stake. We are seeking legal action.
