Horrible!... They have had my order to start physical therapy for aboutt 4 weeks and have never called me to schedule. I had fall and required ankle surgery. This was all following a total hip replacement on the other leg 3 months prior. My body strength was very compromised and after the second surgery I couldn't get in and out of the house due to the stairs. Also, i struggled with normal daily activities. I called the office 5 times, almost begging them to call. I even left a message with the supervisor. I really needed that physical therapy but I googled some exercises and have gotten strong enough to leave the house on my own. Im now attending outpatient physical therapy with a different provider. The experience was very discouraging because I truly needed help. Work on your scheduleing proceedures McClaren. To not even recieve a courtesy call is unexceptable!
