Residential Hospice left my grandpa dead in his care home for over 5+ hours. I will never recommend this company

My Grandmother had Becky as her main nurse. Becky has been amazing. She has the perfect balance of care and professionalism she loves what she does and it definitely shows. She always goes above and beyond what is expected. Grandma also had Pamela as her shower aid Pam always did an amazing job with Grandma she paid attention to the little things like a wisker growing on Grandma's chin and would make sure she was beautiful and comfortable. Paul the physical therapist was great as well he kept her moving and getting around safely. Grandma doesn't look at these three individuals as care givers they became family to her because of the level of care and love that just pours from their hearts. I can't say enough good about them and the amazing level of care they provide.

I was very concerned about the treatment at end of life. The nurse let our mother go 14 days without a bm before an enema was done. Then when you could tell she only had days left she did a rectal exam after 4 days without a bm. She also told us to stop giving her the Haldo. We decided to reduse the dose. After a few days prior symptoms returned. When the nurse came back, she wanted us to quadruple the dose. I know at end of life, hospice usually has the nurse come every day. Family and aides decided we wanted her only to come twice a week. I would have preferred another nurse and felt our nurse should have suggested it.

Wonderful employees! The nurses were great! Thanks to Dana and Mike! So respectful. I’ve had experiences with other home healthcare companies and Residential is, by far, the best.

Crystal is a great physical therapist! She is not only very personable but makes sure that get the therapy I need to get better and stronger everyday! She doesn't push me past my limits but makes sure I am doing things properly. She is a very friendly person and makes the experience better. I would recommend her to anyone.
