If you are reading this review — RUN! My family member hired University Homecare and Hospice, and the experience has been absolutely awful. The office staff is unprofessional, rude, and showed no compassion toward my family. Their behavior was so nasty that it left us questioning how this place is even still in business. I sincerely doubt they’re following proper Medicare guidelines or providing the level of care that patients deserve. It’s clear that many of the staff have little understanding of what they’re doing, and there’s a serious lack of kindness and integrity across the board. My advice: sell your business or step away from this field entirely — because healthcare, especially hospice, requires compassion, patience, and respect. Sadly, this agency has none.
