THERE ARE NO STARS FOR THIS AGENCY!! However, it wouldn't let me post this review unless I gave it a star. This is absolutely, without a doubt, the worst agency I have had the DISPLEASURE of using to provide care for my sister. And I must say, I use the word CARE loosely. There is no caring involved by the owner nor most of the staff hired by this agency. As a sister and a guardian, I am ashamed of myself for having given this agency the opportunity to ignore my sister and her needs for as long as I have... It is officially over!
