Highly recommend this agency!! My mother requires 4 weeks of home antibiotics and the company we originally had was highly disorganized, and ended up not even being able to provide my mom the services we needed. Her team was able to have Accent provide my mom’s home care needs and the nurses are very knowledgeable, kind, and prompt. We are very pleased with the services!! Scheduling and coordinating care is a breeze. As an RN myself, they’ve provided high quality care to my mother and have taken a lot of stress off our shoulders regarding her situation.

Excellent service from both physical therapist that I had. They were both very knowledgeable and explained everything about what I was doing in rehab. The nurse was very caring and helpful. I would highly recommend accentcare for home care. They are a 10 out of 10 for me. Theresa McPherson

I would not recommend using this company. There are several others that offer consistent service. The therapist and nurse s were very good however, the overall scheduling and staffing was terrible. I have had 2 knee replacements and two back surgeries, each time, I was sent home with home care. I had no problem. My 95 year old mom was sent home with accent health and there has been repeated issues with scheduling, despite my reaching out to supervisors on two separate occasions. They show up without calling and continually give short notice of when thery’re coming. Additionally you never know who’s coming from week to week. No conspiracy and no change despite my continued concerns and requests. I finally just asked them to stop coming. Too many other companies that are getting it right. I pray for the patients that may not have anyone to advocate on their behalf.

I will not recommend this agency. We were scheduled nursing to show up and at the last minute we were informed they do not service Lake Orion area.
