Harbor Home Healthcare has been a Godsend for my Husband. We already tried McLaren and Residential and were very disappointed for various reasons. The PT, Karen is outstanding. She is compassionate and caring. Not to mention very knowledgeable. Lydia is his RN and she is so kind and compassionate as well and her calm demeanor puts him at ease. They let you know when they are coming and show up when they say they will. My Husband feels very much at ease with both of them. I have read other not so great reviews and I cannot believe we are talking about the same company. You will not be disappointed if you use this company. Our sincere thanks to Mia and the entire team!

Horrible. Still waiting for medical supplies that was ordered in June. They were told to do wound care. Still have the wound was only checked and a bandaid was placed on it twice since June. They were supposed to help with medicine setup since June Still nothing. My "nurse" name is Bella. The way she acted taking care makes me wonder I'd she is really a nurse

I dunno? I was assigned home care for burned legs last Thursday. Saturday they couldn’t find my nurse and sent the on call nurse. Today is Monday at 4 and I’m still waiting for my 12:30 nurse call. When I called the office they said we are trying to figure out what’s going on with her (since Thursday?). I’m pretty sure I don’t want that one in my home now! UPDATE, I gotta say I am very glad Harbor Home Healthcare was patient with this new patient. Not only are the visiting nurses great, but Harbor has gone out of their way in todays sideways world to make sure I am very satisfied.

He's pretty tough for some people to get to know but the physical therapist Harbor Health sent out, Nina could not have been better for him.
