My brother hired this company so they can watch my 2 cats while I’m on vacation. They didn’t follow the instructions I gave them. They also didn’t come in everyday for 3 times like the contract called for. They offer Pet Services but they all personal care workers. Would not recommend this company for pet services they offer. Very bad company to offer Pet Services.

This company is very unprofessional and treat their staff like disposable wash rags. They lie to protect themselves and not just to employees. There are clients who prefer the same personal to come and they will tell the clients the person unavailable when they removed them from the schedule to support other staff getting hours. They send you in with clients blind , try and make you do things you don’t feel safe doing and if you speak up they will not schedule you. They will send you to clients who need a 2person assistance and try and tell you oh no the family will support and that’s not the case. I have been waiting to be paid for work I did in November and early December and I’m being ignored but there asking me to cover shifts. I have reached out to HR about not being paid only for them to pretend they not aware. I’m being asked what days like it’s no clearly on the schedule and you all have my log of clock ins and shift reports. I have been told I’d be paid and still waiting. The staff have stopped answering my calls so I have to call from someone else number to get an answer. It’s like there all reading from a script because each person says the same crap and yet I still have yet to be paid. No one is responding to my emails calls or text I’m being ignored. All I want is to be paid and I resign . At this point I’m gonna have to report this to the state and maybe then I’ll be paid.
