The nurse I was supposed to receive was very unprofessional! When she called me to confirm my appointment she was having a personal conversation with someone else in the background. After getting my appointment set up she had an issue with me having a job and that l'm able to drive! If I'm only 44 years old and I'm receiving Medicare then obviously I must be disabled! She has no idea if my disability prevents me from walking normal so it makes it impossible for me to go into the wound clinic on regular basis! I explained to her my job is transporting seniors which requires no walking at all but she still made a big deal about it. So I asked for a new nurse. I didn't receive a nurse for that day so I was stuck with old bandages inside of my wound that is draining fluid and now I'm leaking and it's a very odd smell coming from it! I spoke with the manager, Bilal, and I still cannot get a nurse for that day! Its looking like I'll be stuck with these old bandages until Monday and calling my doctor and asking for a new home care company!

Been with compassionate since 2019 and I wasn’t planning on leaving this review until 2020 happened. I opened a business in 2018 and through the pandemic compassionate took a huge weight off my shoulders attending to my nana who had broken her hip in 2020 while I took care of business I was still able to see her regularly.
