If I could rate less, I would. They left my mom at home with severe cellulitis on her legs and essentially left her to die. She was slurring her speech and EMS told us that home care should’ve called 911 several days ago. Never never again…. Do not trust this company…

As a nurse, I am very sensitive to the care given to my loved ones. Great care and kindness was delivered by the Bay Nursing staff who took care of my mom in the assisted living facility, LAURA, Siena, and Nicole were wonderful. There was good communication to myself and other family members and no questions went unanswered. Supplies and equipment were provided in a timely manner. But most of all, Mom: was cared about and cared for. I would highly recommend this service to those in need of hospice care.

We are so thankful to Bay Nursing & Hospice in Romeo, MI for their excellent service of hospice and home health care for our loved one. They were compassionate, kind, and attentive. They customized care to our loved one's needs and fears, by providing medical care, emotional support, and personal touches. They became like family to us and made this difficult time easier. One of the best things about their service was that they came to our home and provided hospice care in our loved one's familiar and comfortable environment. They also offered home health care services such as physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy to help our loved one improve their quality of life, and were always available and responsive to our questions and concerns. We strongly recommend Bay Nursing & Hospice to anyone who needs hospice and home health care. They are amazing in their dedication to compassion, comprehensive care, and going the extra mile for their patients.

My mother-n-law (MIL) received in home health care, OT and PT from Bay Nursing. She was content with the care provided but communication with primary contact (myself) was terrible. My MIL is 88 yrs old and was attempting to live alone. The arrangement was Bay Nursing would keep me informed of scheduling and care. I left numerous messages for her nurse Sue and the care coordinator but never received a response. Fortunately we only used them for less than 2 weeks. Emily on the other hand was amazing. She seemed to genuinely care for my MIL and was fantastic at keeping me updated. She is the only reason I gave 2 stars.

My daughter has been receiving homebound nursing, occupational therapy and physical therapy for almost 5 years. Kris is one of the best nurses we have ever met and goes above and beyond. Stacia and Melissa are hands down the best pediatric therapists, they are so kind, patient and work at the pace of my daughter and the care she needs. My daughters quality of life has been better with them in our life! Thank you ladies! We love you!!!!
