So very thankful for Harmony and mom's nurse, Chris. Words can not describe the care she received. I don't believe he would have treated his own mother better than mine. Thank you Chris!

The nurse and aid are good, but this does not seem to be a good match for patients with dementia and agitation. My dad’ does not have complete meltdowns that often. Tonight in the middle of a diaper change my dad had a meltdown. I tried meds and they did not help. I called the on-call nurse and she suggested additional meds. They didn’t work. The on-call nurse indicated management would not let her visit for a diaper change. Apparently Harmony Cares doesn’t care if their patients lay in feces, or get feces all over due to an open diaper.

Harmony Hospice Care did such an amazing job taking care of my father! I cannot say enough about how caring and thoughtful the entire staff was throughout the entire process. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

**Edit** They are lying in their response. I don't have anything confused. The place they are referencing is in Bay City. I know what city my family member was in. SAGINAW. We called to verify their address. Nice try. No idea how this place has the high rating it does for hospice care. Nurses lied about when they visited, screwed up my family member's dosages, gave them the wrong drugs, failed to give him the drugs he was supposed to get, They also let him lie there for hours, writhing, choking on his own fluids, and when we called the nurse to ask where she was she said she could be there in 4-5 hours with a suction machine. This is what their definition was of "Making him comfortable". We ultimately had to call an ambulance and get him out of there and to a hospital to live his final hours. Thankfully the hospital staff knew how to do their job and did it wonderfully. When we called to talk with them about the abhorrent treatment he received, the lady said "Have a nice life" and hung up the phone. Just absolutely heartless, horrible people. If you value your family member's life and final moments, do NOT take them to Harmony Hospice

I am writing this review to express my ongoing appreciation to all of the clinicians at Harmony Medical Group. Beginning with staff working in the office to the clinicians that visit our residents in the home. You are all amazing and are very much appreciated. Thank you for providing outstanding care to our residents.
