I don't recommend this company. My physician used this company to get me a sleep apnea machine. They do not have 24 hours service, what they have is operators that simply take a message and tell you that a raspatory therapist will call you when one is available, during their office hours. My complaint is that they billed me in advance for the first three months as per the agreement with the plan, then insurance will take a portion if I met the terms. After the first 30 days I see that I have two claims for two different amounts, in addition to the 3 months that I already paid. I ask them why was I billed again if I paid the 3 months in advance. I was told that I shouldn't have been billed and they would correct it and follow up with me. I also returned the equipment after that discussion. That was in November and here it is January, the money wasn't refunded and they never called me back. Service is horrible and they send out random charges that you have to fight to get reimbursed.
