Extremely disappointed! I was so excited to be approved after months of being on the waiting list. Unfortunately my worker seldom gets paid, can’t clock in or out, etc.. It’s been awful. Every couple weeks it’s something else. We keep being told they will fix it, etc. I am at risk of losing my worker due to lack of payment I highly doubt anyone at this company would work for free? Universal is preventing me from receiving the help that I truly need. I’m legally blind. I use a walker at all times. Shame on them. I would not recommend them to any family. UPDATE!!! Unfortunately, my worker resigned due to the incompetence of this company. I don’t know if many people that would continually work for free. , I found a new company and a new worker. If you have a loved one that requires confident and consistent healthcare please do not use this company .

Shes a very compassionate person and a true professional! The nurse and homeaid came to the house to care for my mom. Universal homecare operates as a team. I met with Neil, my physical therapist 2 days post op from a cervical spine fusion. Right from the start it was evident that he was a kind, caring and an engaging practitioner. His knowledge is super, his sharing guidelines and proper exercises with his patients, his gentle approach, all impressed me. I am at the close of treatment now, feeling much better with his help and guidance and I will miss his care, along with his quick wit. This is an excellent, patient, thorough, and intelligent therapist who has a good grip on providing the best care possible for his clients. Universal Healthcare is fortunate to have him……and so was I!
