VERY disorganized. I use to get CPAP supplies. They keep track of when a resupply is authorized by insurance and immediately contact you by phone (a text and a call) and email. Sounds great, right? Wrong! It doesn’t matter which of those 3 messages you respond to, you will still get hounded by the other two, even after you’ve placed your order. There seems to be no coordination between the people doing the calling, texting, and emailing. I’m going to look into using a different company.

Staff (esp. Autumn) was extremely helpful as I was from out of town with a broken CPAP part (and I interrupted lunch 😕 ). Other large supplier wouldn’t even talk to me since I wasn’t an existing patient. Bear in mind if you’re in a bind like I was you may have to pay retail, I was just happy to not have another night without it.

While up here on vacation , came to realize we left a part for the c-pap at home. After calling we stopped by and Chris had us all set up and out the door in minutes. Very helpful and friendly staff. They couldn’t have been better.

Chris has been extremely helpful! I have gotten all my c-pap supplies and equipment through Munson Home Medical for years. The only reason I put down 4 stars instead of 5 is that it is pretty difficult to get to a person on the phone - lots of buttons to push on automated menus, only to get to the end and have to leave a message.

Extremely disorganised and incompetent. It took about 5 phone calls and several weeks to finally get my supplies. Now I have been randomly charged $180 for a mask I neither ordered nor picked up. Nobody will respond or help in any way. This company is not worth the stress, hassle and headaches!
