I have requested a call back for my over 96 year old father and nothing after 2 calls. I specifically did not want Andy a PT as last January he spoke very ill of Fox rehab because that’s who worked best with my father. Andy showed up anytime he pleased, making no appointment. My father is at American House and Andy has other patients there so it’s an easy set up for him to work. He’d show up, be there no more than 10 minutes and out the door. When we requested that we no longer wanted him he took at least 2 weeks to discharge. In order for us to have the other company my father needed to be discharged and he was aware of that. Unfortunately the office did the same. 6 months later and again we have run into the same issues. We specifically said that we did not want this company because of our previous experience and they show up. I spoke with Andy told him myself and why. He had my father sign papers for discharge yet a week later he shows up to treat my father. Almost a week later I spoke to the office the day before and told them not to send anyone as we are going with a different company. They informed me that Andy was scheduled to come there next day. Again I told them do not send him as he’s discharged my father. I requested for management to call me back. NOTHING. They showed up the next day which was yesterday and treated my father. Still, I have not received any return calls that I requested. My father is over 96 years old, I feel that they are taking advantage of that by defying his family’s requests of what was best for him. I have all the text messages with Andy from last January where he spoke very negatively of Fox Rehab. I feel that it is very unprofessional to speak ill of other companies especially in the medical field.

Advisor Care was a blessing to my family and I while my loved one was under hospice care. The entire staff/team was awesome and always available to ensure the appropriate steps were being taken. Among those team members, there were two who exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond from the very first day until the very last! Felicia and Derrick cared for my grandmother as if she was theirs. I thank them from the bottom of my heart for everything they did to make sure she was in the best condition physically, mentally and emotionally. They accomplished this by going about their job in a manner that kept my grandmother’s dignity in tact. They were gentle and she appreciated them so much. When the two of them walked into her room she would light up. Felicia kept her smiling and laughing no matter how bad she was feeling or the amount of pain she was in…every visit without fail. The level of love and care they provided kept me in good spirits and helped me deal with the process. I am forever grateful!!
