My sympathies if your loved one is being seen by this company's doctors, because they are TERRIBLE (at least the ones I dealt with). My mother was sent to the ER four times in three months as a direct result of the clinicians mistakes. He, and eventually his doctor, actually blamed me for his screwups. I filed a formal complaint with company. Nothing came of it as far as I know. I now know that my experience is common. I kept my issues with my mother's care between the company, myself, and my lawyer (and soon Medicare). I just found out that the company has created so many problems at the facility where my mom stays that the facility actually dumped them for another company. Maybe my mom can get competent care now.
