The therapist were good. However, nursing was inconsistent and I’m not even sure if they have a case management/supervisor team? Never heard from them. There wasn’t really a clear idea of timeline or plan of care for my wife. Requested to speak with someone but never got a call.

Called Ms. Scott-Barney, continuous ringing, no opportunity to leave a voicemail. If you’re seeking these services, I pray you/your loved one have a speedy recovery. Sorry, you’re going through this - it’s really tough. To protect sharing names, I will refer to the business and individuals I interacted with as “they, this, their, them.” I will jump right in, this business does not honor reasonable wishes of the family. The family must abide by their treatment; collaboration is not essential. Their pets responses confirmed that they have not implemented their person-centered, multicultural training - because they don’t know the difference between “mad” and passionately advocating for your loved one (which one would think unnecessary when requesting this type of service). Lastly, why call someone “Ma’am” when you know their name? I am sharing my experience. If you select them, I pray yours is better than mines. God bless, take care!

We have used Custom Home Health twice in the last year for my mom and we have been very happy. Everyone has been very nice to deal with but my mom’s physical therapist (Celeste) and nurse (Leah) are fantastic! So very nice, friendly and they really care. My mom is doing well. she started out patient therapy again and she hasn’t lost a step. That’s a great testament to Celeste. With Leah, no matter what the question is, she always responds and in my case, calmed me down a few times. If my mom needs home care again, we’ll definitely be using Custom!

Absolutely amazing!!!! This is my go to home health company for my patients if they don't already have a HH provider. The company takes almost all insurances and they will actually call the patient and set up visits the same day the referral is sent. They cater to the patients and put them first. They are always there to answer questions and provide any support that is needed. Our patients have said nothing but good about the staff they deal with. They take any concerns legitimate and find the source of the issue and ensure that it is corrected. I have to give Dion Konarski a huge shout out. He has come into the office and helped us so many times. He checks on the office on a regular basis. He even gave a patient his personal number so he could assist a patient that isn't even with my clinic, but was there when the sad situation was being explained. He said he would contact the pt's office and get the ball rolling..... That right there deserves 5 stars. I will always recommend this company..
