Nurses, physical therapists and aides are great - but the customer service is the absolute worst I have ever experienced! Don't expect to get any return calls or replies to your email submissions!!!!

We recently went through Residential Hospice Home Care for my stepdad. While sadly he only lived one week after entering hospice care, the week was made very comfortable for him and the nurses and aids were kind and loving toward my stepdad, as well as to my mom who was his loyal caregiver. Medication, supplies and equipment were delivered promptly. When we needed extra care for my stepdad, they were excellent at coming out day or night. I would highly recommend them and commend them for their compassion.

This company has no care for patient care. They want to do the minimum care and get paid for nothing. My mother has been out of the hospital for two weeks. She was brought by ambulance to the second floor and is now there and can't get down the steps. They only want to come 1 a week when the hospital wanted her to go to an in patient rehab for 5 times a week. the only reason we didn't is because mom has certain needs that couldn't be accommodated. We tried 6 places They said I didn't understand, they had to show she has a need for 2 x a week. I wouldn't hire them to take care of my cat. Hire them at your own risk! Now I am going to fire them and the person LENNY who was supposed to call me last Thursday, it is now Tuesday, won't call me back. They have to release before I can hire another company. They are holding us hostage

These people don't care about anyone but themselves. Plus, they are highly unprofessional. My mother has advanced MS and spent 3 months in a nursing facility where she received no physical therapy for a broken ankle. Upon being released, her primary care physician ordered in-home therapy. This company sent Sharon, a supposed Physical Therapist, to provide that care. After 2 visits during which she did absolutely nothing but set up an Alexa reminder, she scheduled a 3rd visit for 1 pm. On the day of the scheduled visit, she called at 815 in the morning and said she would be here in about 10 minutes. I then waited till noon, but she didn't show up, nor did she ever call. I then decided to get started on my other activities, expecting her to arrive at her scheduled time of 1 pm. But after that time came and went, again with no contact, I left to do some errands. At 3 pm, she finally arrived, but since I wasn't home and my mom couldn't answer the door, she was not let in. She then waited in her car for the next hour, which I could see from the security cameras on my door. Thinking that was the end of it, I let it go. But 3 days later, a representative of the state showed up and explained that they received a call about "Elder Abuse," and proceeded to give details of the complaint. She was unable to provide the name of who filed the complaint, but the details matched what Sharon said during one of her 2 visits. Avoid this company AT ALL COSTS. They don't care about the patients or their families. They make appointments but then just randomly show up. Unhelpful, uncaring, and blame their own inefficiencies on everyone else but the actual person causing the issues.
