Don’t bother calling. Calls ‘answered’ but are silent.. then, when you can’t hear anything.. they call back and put it on you (after you confirming it wasn’t on mute or anything..) and act controlling, saying they do NOTHING to help but simple basics, and THEN when you say you’d need more assistance, they laugh and hang up on you.. RUDE, Zero professionalism.

They raised my mothers rate from 3k to 12k and gave us a week to decide. They threatened their staff that they would be fired if caught caring for my mother after we told them she couldn't afford their new price. They even checked their cameras!! Funny, when someone stole $500 from my mothers room, non of the cameras reached my mothers room. So they said. My mother has slept in her chair several times with her dinner, which means no one came in after 5pm. Teeth brushing was hit or miss. Hardly ever took her to events. More worried about the money. They can take their incident reports and shove them. I would not recommend them at all.

My parents have been using Ace at Oakmont Sterling and we are very pleased. All the staff at Oakmont Sterling are very friendly and helpful.

This is by far the worst care company ever. We were paying for AM and PM care. We had installed Blink cameras in my mom's facility. And found out, how bad the care really was. The care was inconsistent. If she had an accident in the bed, they would throw the comforter over and not call the family so she would be sleeping in a soiled bed. Her am hygiene was inconsistent. PM care never happened until we brought to their attention that we were paying for PM care, and NOT ONE AID entered into my mom's apartment to assist with PM care. They were in charge of dispersing her medication and we would find random pills on the floor or on the counters. We found a pill container filled will another rooms pills on my mom's counter. We had numerous meetings with the Supervisor and also the Administrator Star. We brought serious violations to their attention with video. My mom has difficulty getting in and out of bed. The aid turned on the light, woke her up to give her meds and then yelled lay down, and left with the light still on. (so, my mom would have to get out of bed and turn the light off) We caught aids, just sitting in her room not assisting her at all, while my mom was trying to get herself dressed. No accountability by ACE at all. We had Care notes posted to help; we had our phone numbers listed to call if they needed anything. No communication. and lack of training. I watched and documented for over a month hour by hour. My mom would be in dirty clothes, No showers for weeks, they would get her ready in the am and no brushing teeth, washing face etc. They are supposed to help with incontinence but never made sure my mom was clean after an accident. They should not be allowed to be placed in any senior facility ever. They took over at Oakmont Northville, which was so sad, it forced us to have to move due to lack of care. The administrator Star Dorsey never returns emails or phone calls. No communication via the supervisor and staff. We would talk with staff, and that had no idea she was on the intermediate plan. How can you have care givers providing care if they do not know what level of care they are to provide??? #stayawayACEHOMECARENETWORKINC

My dad has been using a visiting nurse for a few years now from Ace to change his catheter, which no complaints on that. His situation has changed in which he needs further care and I inquired about more services. I called many times but never received a call back, I finally spoke to someone and they were accommodating to my request with pretty reasonable rates because we use them for everything my dad needs. Will follow up once we start using the home health care aid. I gave them 3 stars only because there seemed to be a lack of communication at 1 point, hopefully I can revisit this in the near future with a better review
