My mom received wonderful care at home with Compassus Home Care. She actually used them twice and both times they were great. She especially liked her physical therapist and nurse. Thank you 😊

If I could give zero stars I would have.....NEVER use this home health care. You can pick a different one. The nurse that came once a week only changed her picc-line bandage, because of an order from the doctors. He never check her stats. She had a stage one bed sore, that I made him look at. He told me, "there is nothing we can do about it, and they don't hurt that bad". I called their office and left a message for the executive director...never called me back. I called a week later and demanded I speak with her.....she was not very compassionate. I asked them to never come back to the house, we will get another team in. She seemed ok with that. I've been a caregiver for over 15 years and have never had a non caring experience like this ever.

This is assisted suicide run by people who don’t care about your family. I would use someone else as my father was essentially killed by them earlier than necessary. I didn’t even get to say goodbye

Absolutely horrible! Don't ever trust ur loved ones with them! I've experienced both personal with my own family member, and work related disasters with this company. They don't have staff to service "anywhere". They're nurses don't have a clue what they're doing. And God forbid u call the 24 hour line! You're screwed. If u even have a cough their advise will be.. go back to the ER! So, Save urself the trouble and pick any other home care!

Worst home care I have ever experienced! The few female workers I had experienced were caring and did great work but I had a nurse named Andrew who completely messed up my mid line and hurt me. I was leaking blood and in pain due to him pulling my line in and out of my arm. He came to change my dressing so it was clean and left it a bloody mess that started to leak out of my dressing and when I spoke to the manager I was told to just go buy gauze and tape it on so I don't mess up my clothing and furniture. Scheduled for removal and on removal day was told I needed to get to the Emergency room for imaging because there may be something wrong in my arm and they can't pull it out. Not to mention I was given multiple Scheduled appointments that either were scheduled and canceled or scheduled and had no show no calls. This company needs to reevaluate what is going on and fix it before they end up on the news!
