Do not trust them they just want to bill your insurance. I had surgery 12/2024 kept telling me no I wasn't strong enough i demanded them mid January to discharge me to outpatient therapy. Im a lot younger than most people who required home care. By the time they discharged me, My surgeon and outpatient therapy was livid. Who comes to so therapy knee and never bends their knee?! The nurse i thought was good now looking back should have discharged me a lot sooner. If you do go with them and can leave the house, outpatient therapy says then your strong enough. I called to file a complaint who i send it to. Manager goes just send it here addressed to her. Stay away!!

Would not trust this company to care for my pet. My mother needs weekly blood draws and central line changes. She could only be released to come home when home health care could come and explain the process of the infusions. She cannot give them to herself due to shoulder surgery. They canceled her initial appointment on her ride home from the hospital. We managed on our own, and where willing to still try to make it work with them. Today Jeff cracked my mother's central line port and blamed it on her. Asking her what she did as he was working on the line. He then took it upon himself to pull out her central line while she was bleeding at her kitchen table. Gave her a bandage and told my disabled bleeding mother who cannot drive to procedure to the ER and LEFT HER. The public needs to be aware this is what to expect from care givers employeed at this company. I am forwarding my concerns on to the state as well.

Had advantage following both my hip surgeries. Both times I had knowledgeable.patient. Motivating and caring physical therapists at my home. They are prompt and friendly and got me on track for later out patient therapy. I highly recommend . Yesterday I got a call from advantage that my insurance actually paid almost all my last treatment. They offered to return my check thank you advantage for making my recovery so easy.

Underwent a hip replacement. Was concerned about when I could return to work. Had an amazing therapist come to my home as well as the most professional and caring nurse anyone could have asked for. Bijal was my therapist and though tough, had me off a walker in about 1 week. Lou was my nurse. Very compassionate and caring. Was able to return to work in 20 days. I had heard that the usual time is about 6 weeks. I would highly recommend this company to any and everyone. Thinking about having my knee done and these are the only people I would consider for my care. Excellent!!
