As a TCU Social Service Worker, I have come to rely on Tru as a preferred Home Health Care source. They are quick on response time, full of integrity and hard workers, and professionally handle all of my families & clients. They are "Tru"ly one of the best out there. Unfortunately our mother who has had Parkinson's for sometime also has begun to develop Parkinson's associated dementia. We had just recently moved her in to a new apartment in an assisted living facility. Tru Healthcare was our choice for homecaring when her primary issued a referral for in home PT/OT. She received services with PT working with her on strengthening exercises and better use of her walker, OT provided cognitive testing to determine what her functional level was and then worked with her on activities of daily living and made suggestions to staff as to what services would help her the most. Together we came up with best care plan possible to help her on this new journey. We feel very fortunate that we had Tru Healthcare to help us through this adjustment. Staff was friendly and courteous and always took the time to answer our questions. Highly recommend them!
