I would give them a negative 5 star if possible. Seen 2 different family doctors was told I had fluid behind my ears and was referred to ent. Went to see Henry diggelmann had a 2oclock appointment he didn’t come into the room until 2:30 asked me why I was there tried explaining what was going on and he didn’t want to listen to a word I said. He looked in my ears and up my nose told me I have a crooked nose and walked out of the room. His worthless nurse came in a few minutes later and told me to get my hearing checked and I tried to ask and understand what my hearing has to do with head and ear pressure and feeling lightheaded and apparently she didn’t like me asking her the question because she told me to leave. Absolutely the worst visit I’ve ever had so called worthless doctor was in the room for an entire 2 minutes after being a half hour late. I thought mayo was bad but uhd is right up there with them these doctors all have egos and aren’t worth the air they breathe absolutely the biggest waste of space in the world.

2 times I had to see the NURSE PRACTITIONERS..does this place have Dr's? Not happy with the lack of knowledge, when it comes to the common cold..thumbs up. Anything other than that..(pretenders!).to get your almighty dollars. A person can bring in proof of your condition ,diagnosis, and treatment, and they will still deny u,and call u a liar. This is like walking into the Twilight Zone!! Or Creep Show. My advice , stay away. And report any issues, like recording the patient. Who does that?

I took my 8-month-old son to the ER because every time we tried to lay him down for bed, he would start screaming uncontrollably. He was vomiting, gagging as if trying to get something up, and struggling to breathe. You could hear a bubbling sound in his stomach. This behavior was completely out of character—he’s normally very easygoing and goes to sleep without any issues in his crib. We arrived at the ER around 12:30 a.m. and waited in the lobby until about 1:45 a.m. During that entire time, my baby was crying, visibly uncomfortable, and clearly in distress. Despite this, a nurse came out and asked, “Do you even still want to be seen?” I said yes, and we were finally taken back. My son hadn’t slept since his last nap at 4 p.m. and was exhausted and very uncomfortable. When the nurse tried to take his temperature under the arm, he was too upset to cooperate. She then attempted to use the forehead scanner but said it wasn’t reading, so she decided not to get a temperature at all. After taking vitals, we waited again until the doctor came in. She briefly checked him, looked in his ears, and then ordered chest and abdominal x-rays—still without taking a temperature. It took a while for imaging to be ready, and by the time the x-rays were done, it was well past 2 a.m. No one checked in on us again until around 3 a.m., when the doctor returned and said the x-rays looked fine, then left. At around 3:36 a.m., the nurse came back with a dose of Benadryl and said, “Here, have some Benadryl,” and as she gave it to him, she added, “Go sleepy now baby. Cleary was given to him just to go to sleep.” (Just to reiterate—he is ONLY 8 months old.) Throughout the visit, we were repeatedly told he was “just fussy.” But I know my baby, and this was not normal fussiness. After 3.5-4 hours, we were discharged with a diagnosis of a "fussy baby."

I was referred here by a friend to the clinic. It was an amazing experience which is unreal for me to say as I have a myriad of issues. The staff was fantastic from check in to nurse to Dr. Trite to check out. I was treated respectfully with a balance of kindness and professionalism. 10/10 recommend.

My wife‘s bill was overcharged by $500 because they gave me the wrong information. They said that people make mistakes and I have to pay for their mistakes. I went for a checkup because my insurance covered it. The doctor knew I had insurance, but when I made the appointment, he changed the preventive procedure to a diagnostic procedure, which resulted in the insurance not covering it. He did not inform me in advance so I had to pay out of pocket. The doctor did not fulfill his obligation to inform the patient in advance. It was really disappointing.
