Very unorganized. And very rude. Do not recommend at all!

The company didn't call to schedule times to come to the house. Came once to certify, then didn't show when they were supposed to. gave the reason that the health aide had quit and that they didn't have anyone else. then they contacted the VA and told them the patient was non-compliant and had refused services. Hard to do when they don't call or show up. Patient has anxiety issues and PTSD and when the were here they didn't take that into consideration at all. Terrible attitude on their part, except or one RN, and she couldn''t do it all. Would never recommend them to anyone.
