Walked into ER at 4:00pm and was home by 6:30. The only waiting was for me to get the IV down. That was the best and easiest visit ever. Doc and staff were great! Will be using this hospital again if needed. Well done and thank you staff!

Not sure what happened to the Deer River hospital but it has gone down hill. Can't even give people their medical records. First they said they paperwork wasn't signed. That was a lie as we were sitting there looking at it. Then they said they don't have a signature to compare it to. B.S. My husband was born there, I was born there, our kids were born there. We doctored there for YEARS! Our surgery center in Panama City said they'd never had to deal with such rude, incompetent people. How embarrassing for our home town hospital.

RUDE RN with long hair that was a fake blonde with red fingernails. She was yelling at me and acting like she owned the hospital. Horrible experience if you ACTUALLY want help don't go here they have a (were better than you because were nurses and Dr's) vibe and attitude. Worst ER ever.

NEGATIVE STARS. This place is so bad and if one messes up they all back them up in the ER section at least. DO NOT GO TO THE ER especially if homeless. The RN with long fake blonde hair and red fingernails that's older was yelling at me saying "who's house are you in?" She had a bit of a God complex for me simply wanting her to switch out the alcohol wipes and use a new one after she placed it on a table that feet were just on. So rude and the other nurse act like they don't know who she is when calling to get ahold of management. Just ER section useless and rude.

I took my son to the emergency room and the staff were amazing! Each one was kind, helpful, and thoughtful, from the nurse to the doctor to the admin staff. Zero waiting time was a huge plus. Great experience and would happily recommend this emergency room.
