They discontinued services bc they said that my dad needs higher level of care than me taking care of him at home, which like, yeah, is the whole reason why we were getting home health help lmfao the removing services of services does nothing for us but leave us without help. The thing that bothers me most about this is that it was never expressed to us by the staff that visited our home, they never said anything like this and had to learn this was their reasoning for dropping us secondhand, no one from their agency called us to tell us. My dad has been in nursing homes for the past five years and they have been nothing but neglectful and caused more issues, why aren’t there more resources to keep people in their homes? Why don’t the resources that do exist ACTUALLY HELP?
