They do not pay the employees regularly. Terrible company. Unorganized, always loosing paper work, and the hiring processes takes a month or longer! I’ve been working with this company for 5 years and it’s been nothing but problems. We are switching! Save yourself the trouble and find another company!

Had a regular conversation with an agent about applying and filling out the application that we decided was best. Explained I have a meeting and asked to call him tomorrow morning to go through the process. This sales person got offended and butt-hurt that I couldn't sign up right now, was sarcastic and hung up on me. Makes me NOT want to choose this Minnesota health plan at all.

Contacted them to arrange for mental health services. They hounded me for months! Finally did the intake assessment because they said they had counselors available. That was a few months ago, still no counselor but did receive a bill for the intake that resulted in NOTHING! Waste of time scam. Go somewhere else.
Greater Mercy
New client with this company and so far it hasn’t been a pleasurable experience starting off. The intake coordinators don’t really communicate and don’t give much direction at all which makes it difficult for a parent that’s already struggling with a disabled child. They don’t seem to care much. Which is frustrating. I start a new job, I expect instructions on start dates and so forth. Hope they can do better in the future, at least start by picking up the phone because you can call from 9 to 5 weekly and nobody will ever be there to answer your phone call or vm which is unfair to customers and clients. I do not recommend. Thanks
