Do not allow these people to take care of your loved ones. Debbie Grimes is clueless, easily manipulated and should not be a social worker. Carrie Oren, nurse coordinator, did not keep family informed weekly, she is hostile and refused to answer questions. Rachel Rollie, administrator, did not follow up with family and would not return phone calls. John Zwiers was informed of his staffing problem, his call to the family member was staged with his employees in the room coaching him on what to say.
