Aveanna has been wonderful for my mom. After she came home, i called the office for info, i was in town only for a little while and lived out of state so I was worried about my mom living alone and having to leave to go back home. Alexandria answered the phone and was so patient explaining how it all worked with the therapy and first visit she said they would come to her home and help her get moving again. I was surprised that the same lady on the phone showed up to the house, and when she was going over all the pills the hospital didn’t give her any information about, she helped my mom go to the bathroom and get her room setup. This lady gave me info and showed me how to apply on my phone for energy and food programs that could help since my mom she is on disability and fixed income. She really went above and beyond, and helped answer everything we asked her. The therapy people have come to her house and helped get her stronger. Anytime i called the office they were helpful and pleasant to talk to.
