The Owner is awesome. The Clinical Manager has lost her mind. She claims she is not a micromanager and that is a complete lie. Her “pet” I mean assistant clinical manager is a whiny tattletale. Unless they get a new clinical manager and assistant manager, I’d never recommend this place. Really sad considering the owner is great.

* 1 Star Avoid This Agency at All Costs In less than six months, I've had three different case managers through Bestview Care Options--none competent, none reliable. My son's CDCS/DD Waiver plan suffered delays and disruption because of their lack of responsiveness and professionalism. Emails and calls went unanswered. Critical deadlines were ignored. Even the supervisor's contact information was invalid. My support planner, Accra (our fiscal agency), and I did our jobs. Bestview failed at theirs--and my son paid the price. If you're seeking reliable, compassionate, and timely care support, do NOT choose this agency. I've filed a complaint and I am planning to move to a different provider.

Soooo frustrated with Best Care administrative staff! As a Client of Best Care working to onboard Home Care staff has been a nightmare. My care staff team have not received onboarding materials and information in a timely manner, phones are rarely answered during business hours, emails via their website have never been returned. Internally it seems there is a disconnect between staffing departments, creating even more confusion on my behalf as a client. I hear my care team frequently mention trying to contact anyone at Best Care for employee questions go unanswered or they can’t reach anyone at the office.

This company does not take disabilities seriously...do not waste your time talking to Intake regarding your needs and what they can offer...they should not be licensing for CADI or any other waiver services. After just a short conversation with them, it became apparent clients needs are not in their best interest...
