I should have said thanks for an amazing job from Doctors to all Nurses. You all did an amazing job for my daughter (IQRA ZAZAI) who was in critical condition from 30th Dec till 10th of Jan. I am telling you all don't waste your time anywhere else if your kids are very sick. The first option should be Children's Minnesota. They know exactly about your kids. They have a high qualities Services, Medications. Please take your kids to Children's Minnesota for good treatments.

We've always had good experiences here when it comes to parking, wait times, nurses and doctors. We've been coming here occasionally with both of our children for the last 13 years and we love that they try to make it as fun as possible for children to be getting medical care.

Our newborn son is staying at the ICC currently. Absolutely every single person we've seen/spoken to so far has been so kind and informative, from the front desk to the nurse practioners. It has really helped us ease our minds and get through this difficult time. We can really tell the staff here love their jobs and care about their patients, as well as the parents. We definitely feel our son is in good hands. It's been a breath of fresh air.

4 hour wait in the emergency room to see a doctor for my ill 4 month child who symptoms were getting worse by the way as we were sitting in the ER. Check in with the aggressive bully buch woman at the front desk who doesn’t seem to have no compassion for kids to see why are we waiting 4 hours when the time frame on the children’s website showed 30 minutes to a hour. It is hard enough for a healthy adult to sit and wait for that long and horrible for a sick child. We had to leave after this and I mean immediately. The state of Minnesota needs to do an investigation on this hospital on why children are being neglected and not being treated and care for in a timely manner. They would have received a 0 but only 1 was the lowest. I will never come back here again or even recommend anyone to this state of horror hospital.

First of all, I would give the kind staff of nurses and doctors here 5 stars. When we brought my toddler in for a mouth injury, everyone was so kind, caring, and supportive. The doctor who performed the ultimate short surgery we needed was professional, experienced, and kind. I would give our wait time and understanding of the lack of coordination between departments 2 or 3 stars. It took us hours waiting in our first room to be seen by several parties, many of which did not appear to have communicated with each other and showed a bit of frustration with the other departments for such oversight. Thankfully our son wasn't in terrible pain and was able to nap some of the time, but it was a long day. When our son was moved to a recovery room for a few hours in the evening, it was a very comfortable experience with dedicated nursing support. I loved that they catered to his needs by bringing in fun toys and soft foods/liquids for him. Overall, we are so grateful that our son was able to be cared for yesterday and is off to a good recovery.
